Too many Manager's with titles and no portfolio.

Too many Manager's with titles and no portfolio.I have the utmost most respect for the tireless efford that is being put forward by the  technical staff thats working to address many difficult issues of concern in these Bombardier plant facilities. What really bothers me is the mirroring of the many existing jobs that are being duplicated buy the recently hired employees through out the Bombardier facilities that have no real aircraft experience in jobs that are already being preformed by qualified Unionized workers. Under the vail of the newly introduced Quality system.I feel quality has deteriorated.

When no training is offered, other than the generic system training that is being used.  This flavour of the month business systems breads incompitence. It's no wonder the bussiness is in the state it's in today, building a plain from inception is some what a science. Putting it together when most of the work is outsourced is a nightmare.

Taking direction from Management that don't listen or really include workers on decesions and exclude them can't be good for moral. Management that only react from instruction from the top down is a recipt for disaster especially if they can't think for them selves. Or for the qualified people can't manage the work being provided to them because of this incompitence. Hopefully these fools can't pull a rabit out of a hat before it's to late for the sake of the product and work force.

Best regard's, King
