RE:RE:RE:RE:How far can they go?Fair enough; however, their 24month timer only starts once they have the contractor on board... and the contractor can only be contracted once they have the financing in place...  so for everyone who says they are getting alot of work done behind the scence.. fair enough but it's still not eating into the 24 months.
