Based on market cap it would create two small firms with twice the reporting costs, headaches and scrutiny. JE management especially Rebecca would probably love to be bought out. Notice no shareholders rights plan ammendments put forward by the board? The combined company has diversification in radically different geographies, currencies and energy markets.....break up makes no sense whatsoever in my opinion but to each their own.
