RE:Message CEO

RE:Message CEOMr.Scott:

Thanking you for giving me the opportunity to respond to your post.

Like so many unhappy shareholders, it is extremely difficult to understand where Tembo is heading. Like a baby that learns to crawl before walking, I do not know if Tembo Gold can accomplish was they set out to do.

Case in point, I find that your management project is completely out of quack. One of the elementary  mindset is to treat your shareholders with some value. The shareholders fund your project wth great expense and I for one invest my money to make money. My investment has decreased significantly and had some hope of revival when Stratex joined your organization. You just cannot keep on in exploring mode. Tembo has given some good results, why not go into production? As least the shareholders would pleased and hopefully our shares will rise.

In Tembo's press release of October 16th 2014, uner the heading of Corporate Strategy, you indicated  and I quote "It is envisaged that limited additional RC resource drilling would be required. Discussions have commenced with resource modeling specialists, mining and processing consultants, plant manufacturers and operators and contract mining groups so conceptual design parameters and cost structures can be assessed". My question to you sir is "why do you have to find resource specialists when you can use your partner Stratex?

Tembo is chewing up funds like there is no tomorrow. More money, no production.

You have to seriously think about your goals and milestones and how to keep your shareholders intrest.

Your latest strategy is "Share Consolidation". Is this Tembo's way of raising money and at the same time deflating the shareholders shares? or is it a strategy from not getting delisted from the TSE. People remember Lakota.

Your company recently had an AGM in December 2014, just bedore the Christmas holidays, where are the minutes of that AGM?

In closing. you are the chief custodian of our funds and I hope that you will remeber that the shareholders are the ones that fund your project.

Sincerely yours

O
