The website won't make any difference. This customer base buy from sales people, and the www business is mainly small stuff or simply information.
From what I hear Armtec hasn't changed anything.  They are starting 2015 with the same programs and initiatives they spent a fortune on last year, with minimal success.

I feel like they are in wait and hope mode because there is nothing to indicate wholesale change or improvement.
Senior people without experience and ..........oh well.........whatever.
It's all been said before.
