RE:RE:RE:RE:Feels great to finally be in ProductionYes of course this lends to its valuation- the point coolboy was making is that everyone is saying this is a 2B $ mine and BAJ has a 10% share, that's 200M $. Not so. Over 50% of that 2B is construction costs, and the cost to mobilize people on site and rent heavy equipment and feed people in the consruction camps, and other indirects. The owner has to pay for that stuff, if they're going to sell the mine they can't say to the prospective buyer 'I want you to pay for the food my construction guys already ate years ago' sort of thing. There is probably a little less than 1B$ in tangeable assets at Boleo- this is a 900M$ mine or something like that.  But yes, future earnings factor in, and make up for a lot of that disconnect between asset value and capital cost, and in some cases, more than make up for it.. But, future earnings is kind of a grey area and subject to interpretation, and this market right now does not favor commodities, so future value doesn't add a lot to the share price right now. Give it time though and it will. This is a long play. Still, 10% of the assets right now is in the 90M$ range so no matter which way you slice it BAJ is undervalued.
