Probably running because people are trying to get into position- soon quarterly financials come out along with update on company's activities, deep water premium price is supposed to be announced soon (was due end of january), and in a couple months (april) the gas price NKO receives is set to rise incrementally (every 6 months). Any one of these events can push the SP up quite a bit, good time to get into position for the rally.
