the diff in pem and arupa is they have a team who can raise money no matter what,, at least up till now. is their project better than ours???? i dont think so but they squeeze their nickels so hard the beaver crappps in their hands. anyone quoting  bob moriarity should know he values mgmt teams above all else, even the project at this point we are circling the drain and i know how tempting it is to load up on the cheap but be prepared to lose it all if they cant raise enuf to saty open for biz. azincourt just did a rollback and they didnt have much more O/S than we do and they have a mgmt team with a good record. its all a crapshoot so take this with a grain of salt.
