Wango - aside from the fact that your numbers are pure un-educated and ill-informed fantasy (IE $400 cash cost for an ounce), costs are costs - period. If you want to separate out the cash costs of production only and not show all in then go ahead - however the reason companies are going to reporting all in costs instead of cash operating costs is that it shows the TRUE COST to any company of producing an ounce of gold. Too many companies are able to make things look rosy using only cash costs when in reality they are not. All in costs give shareholders a much better view of the financial reality of a given company. So as a shareholder what would you prefer?
