RE:RE:RE:You kiddin me...tis thing's heading back down...I'm callin'I understand what you're saying, but this will all go away when we find out for what reason they raised the $7 million.  Like I said, short-term pain for long-term gain.  Do you think the CEO wants the shares to drop.  I know I wouldn't if I was a 10% shareholder.  The private placement is being done to finance something that will add shareholder value.  In my opinion, the benefit will far surpass the a slight share dilution.  I think management have the right people and advisors in place to make the right decisions.  They're in this to make LOY a success.  Good times to come.
