Will Management and Board Survive???

Will Management and Board Survive??? There has been a colossal loss of credibility with IAE by the market - for good reason.  The chances of a major shake-up at the board level come the June AGM is pretty much a guarantee now.  And with a major board replacement will no doubt come a major management replacement and sale of the company.  In my view, with this delay the current management and board have lost the company and this will play out over the next 3 months.  The reasons for this are many fold and this in my opinion is not a matter of management selling out the retail shareholder or any other such nonsense.  The reasons for this state of affairs are now moot.  The institutional holders will no doubt put the screws to the current group and my guess is that by Christmas IAE will be no more.
