newsI am very surprised at the low capex and the IRR... it is at a very conservative level and this is all without power and rail. The opex is about where I thought it would come in at. About the same capex as the mop. This SHOULD be a massive game changer.. when a conservative 40% IRR is achievable. (again, without rail, power) I actually predicted the 40% IRR as my estimate. The only thing was I assumed higher capex and a higher potash selling price
