i read your post... And while I agree with some of your comments... I do not like the tone of them.
firstly, stockhouse bullboards, are both fact, misinformation and opinions... This is not the bbc!!
So stop being so naive... No one should believe everything they read... Although for GTA people I know that is hard to do with all that flouride in your water.
I do agree with exercising caution when it comes to an acquistion or merger... So I Applaud Nevsun Management for that!!! I also think Nevsun management have done an exceptional job in the running of their mine and their exploration efforts!!! What they have done in Eritrea is absolutely amazing!!!
i also spplaud Nevsund commitment to paying a dividend ... It's the only reason why anyone here would hold this stock...the share price never closed over $5(in Looney Twooney) currency ... So there is no share price appreciation ever!!!!
so ..." In my opinion".... Nevsun management has done a bad job in regards to share price appreciation! Operationally speaking tho... Nevsun has delivered superb results!!!
Lastly, do not limit freedom of speech!!!! And do not threaten posters.... I too am aware of defamation laws... And firmly believe that none have been broken here...
also which comparables are you referring too? All the copper miners have been rebounding here...Nevsun has increased their dividend, increased their mine life and reserves and increased their cash... The holy trifecta of results... And their stock still gets punished by the market!!!
Also Nevsun mgmt has been sued b4 ... And settled...
So how do you explain the share price?
Lastly, when I hear their conference calls I gag everytime!!!
For the last two years, they've been saying that they are looking at acquiring another company... And they haven't ... Which is fine.... But you know what they sound like... Like a fat guy that keeps saying ... Yeah I'm going to shed 10lbs for the summer... And start hitting the gym 3 times a week... Except that he doesn't.... He goes to Tim Hortons to eat jelly powdered timbits instead...
And that's what frustrates investors...all talk and no action!!!
