A speculator may also wish to do the same, as there is little downside if the transaction goes through, however, if a higher offer for RTK came in, KEL would likely sell off......even if an investor is happy to hold KEL in the medium to long term, it makes sense to buy RTK instead of KEL to ride the possibility of a higher offer.
