RE:this board room of cowerds dont anser there calls.Truly outstanding people would never serve on a Board such as ARF where their contribution meant nothing. Responsible people would have quickly resigned once it was clear that usurious financial solutions could only lead to a disastrous outcome for virtually all stakeholders. In the case of ARF the current directors are there either because it has been possible to collect fees while remaining passive or because the prospect of a total collapse of the enterprise completely paralyzed their capacity for providing direction.
The great tragedy is that investors holding nearly 75% of the ARF shares in issue could so easily have voted out these people last June.
