Another analyst requested they get the value of the land (hopefully management won't escape that one again), hinting about what we already know: its worth a LOT of money.

Furthermore, he said what I always believed: Quebec government will NEVER let that company go away. Hydroelectricity-related industries (along with aerospace) will get subsidized up the wazoo before Quebec let them shut down (look at the aluminium industry for an example).
