RE:BBD needs toThe company do testing for Management, oddly enough some of our most talented employees soon found out just what a scam the testing was. Defining whats needed and subjective testing procedures help stream line the successful applicants. Not necessarily the correct job knowledgable applicants. Many excellent respected employees after being rejected and seeing other that where less qualified especially in jobs they performed for years where layed to waste by friends of senior managers that got promoted on nepotism and cronyism.
The same creeps running H.R allow and in courage supporting of these Directors that set the requirements and define the so called needs that usually intails following the leader.
In essence in my opinion to have job knowledge or free thought is a truely detrimental to you're own survival. What's necessary is compliance in the command chain as the business system that defines the operations mandate. Best practice is preached, but not necessarly employeed by these double talking short cut artists.
Right wrong or indifferent, the days of working your self up and being job knowledgable with an education portfolio to support you reason for being hired is only smoke and mirrors. Most Manages are all young recently hired whipping boys that couldn't do the jobs that are being done by the people they manage. This is part of the problem, because where there's no understanding then at times things get swept under the table.
I guess, Mangers jobs are to Manage, but when they mismanage because of ignorance to hide obvious blunders repeated then who protects the Sheeple? Such is life at work........Pity.
