RE:Be nice if it were trueI bet a few got hung up on .06 and then .04 to nil may end up being a total loss, cash is king it's so easy to get smaked in this market and a lot of junk, money is very tight so if a company cannot generate cash it no longer can financial engineer its way out, I ve started my own reit and its a lot better return than equities, and really helps on the bottom line return year over year
