RE:RE:RE:BBD managers

RE:RE:RE:BBD managersWith regard to Old Managers and Young Managers. I never complained nor commented on Old Managers. Old and Young need to start some where. The difference is when this company was profitable it was managed be Managers that cared about the talent they had working for them. Most where Old Managers with years of service as ex works that know about the job they performed.

Many where well well received and trusted by their fellow employees. I have yet to read about any buddy on this board making praise for their Managers. So what does this say about Managment?  I will assume is because of the fact theres truth in the posts and readers agree!

Bombardier, fired and discharged qualified experienced Managers, many were long service people. So now they are trying to rebuild. This is the reason it's mismanaged. They replaced experience with a new breed of Kiss Asses.  The fear factor of opening your mouth gets the decent Guy's fired. The Slimmy Eles are left in the barrel. You can't run a company with this type of Management.

If a survey was done buy the employees rating their Managers, H.R would be lining them up on the results to show them the door. I don't know maybe this is what it takes? People want to respect the choices a company makes when hiring Manages not knowing feel their hired because of Cronyism.
