Sprott announced on Feb 27th..  sold off 12.2 million shares recently, and owns 41 million still. 

So, they sold off 3% of company but still hold around 10%.  14% with warrants but warrants are all underwater, so not really applicable.
They did this just before Pen 4 came back on line.. with better results... I would have to say poor timing.
Curious .. then who bought up the shares in early March and where did they come from. Seems like "we all or some of us" bought  a few but not 30 million..... Maybe it was Sprott deciding that they had made a mistake or ??  Don't see any other Part 4s.. as to major holders. 

Anyone know canadian securities law? When do you/group need to file a part 4? in US it is at 5% unless your intent is purely passive, then 10% annual.  Any insight on Canada law?
