Thank you for your comments. I do indeed remember the $800K due to the failed transaction - I don't think shareholders were privy to who they wanted to buy. What's interesting is that if this deal fails (i.e. AJX shareholders vote "no"), we can kiss another $2MM goodbye. KerBer's comment about "go big or go home" pretty much sums it up.

And yes, I do remember Koles' comment, "sales are smoking". Frankly, there is little-to-no comparison between Rick and Koles. Koles was a salesman - 'nuff said.

You sound very enthusiastic about the prospects for the merged company going forward, and as an investor, you should be. I however, have quelled my enthusiasm for the present. Let's agree to see what this new team can deliver. The particulars for the circular should be quite telling and set the stage.
