NR confirming what was already announced Feb/25thYou cant take a company over without paying its lenders anything. If the go banko, they would need to sell everything and distribute a partial amount according to what the law gornverns. Pay employee, amount owe to government etc. You cant just take a company over and operate as if nothing happened. They need to seek BK protection but if brookefield take this over than lenders would need to be paid. Correct me if i'm wrong
