But as for teh Cambay field progress that OILEX reported, I don't think that's material news that HAD to be reported by NKO. Yes, it's good news, I agree, but there's no significant milestones in there that merit reporting. They're 77% complete as a whiole, and 87% complete mechanically. If that is 'material news', then therey're gonna' have to report at each % point of progress. In construction there's a few milestones you must report- when it starts, when it finishes (100%), and when production begins. Additionally any delays or cost over runs must be reported because that materially affects the share price. Arbitrary progress figures do not need to eb reported, though they are encouraging to see.
