How does someone not go to jail here

How does someone not go to jail here
I still made 40% here, but the lies from FA and his gang over the last five months are beyond contemptible, way, way, beyond ethical. I hope Betty-Anne has a retirement plan because she'll never get another job with a TSX listed company. This stinks so badly that there has to be an investigation. I've seen a lot of shady dealings from VSE companies but I've never seen such universal disgust over a deal in the last 20 years that I've been an investor, on any company , on any exchange. The only thing that gives me some comfort is maybe FA saw that he was completely out matched by ICL, that as a last ditch effort he arranged this "agreement", with an absurdly low breakup fee, so as to force a bidding war in the last pitiful months of this companys' existence. Such high hopes for such a promising venture, and all of it crashing into a sea of shame.
