More licenses in Albania?There will be a licensing round for Albanian hydrocarbon blocks soon.
Maybe Energulf wants to position itself there to be able to aquire more blocks in Albania.
Shell is active in the center/south of the country.The largest onshore oil block in Europe lies in Albania.This could be more interesting than on first thought.
