RE:RE:RE:RE:Clarification On Consolidation.....................Hi Transit77,
I was surprised when Pierre stated in his reply to the question on consolidation, PLI meets all listing requirements for the Nasdaq. I was operating under the understanding that the share price needed to be north of $4.00. I'm 95% sure of what he said, but may check it later. Anyway, as has been stated already, they have been advised to list in the $12-$15 range to maximize access to all U.S. accounts. What was really astounding, and I believe Pierre must be up in the clouds on this one, is the possibility PLI's share price gets there organically. Really? Wouldn't that be nice. Just in case, however, they want to insure a third quarter listing on the Nasdaq in that desired trading range. Some sort of share consolidation is unavoidable.
In the past, I used to set my hair on fire any time the topic came up. That was then and the fear was well founded, but now is different. I see it in a totally different light.
