RE:RE:UnderperformanceThe concern I have with the BOD is that this group is responsible for the downhill spiral that is occurring.  They need some hardasses on the Board with real business experience.  They have to recognize the weaknesses of their ways and make the right decisions to turn this around which will necessitate resignations from the Board...this current group doesn't have it.  

To read some of the comments in this string regarding the dealing with subcontractors does not bode well for future work.  Subs will work with companies that are results driven and tough negotiators but too screw subcontractors at every turn is an indicator of inexperienced and egotistic management.....IMHO.
