RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Still The Same Question
"FOUR weeks since last update. It's no longer a few, it's more than a few weeks. "

And that last update was not really any update at all. It was to announce that Doug was leaving so they felt obligated to also say that they are still looking at alternatives and will get back to you in a few weeks. The only thing I did find interesting in that was what they did not say...and that was no mention of any talks with any potential suitor at any level and also no mention of anyone acting as interim CEO or any mention that they were even looking for a suitable replacement.

So my feelings are that if Doug had not left that they would not have put out a PR at all. With that being the case they have not told you a thing about any such strategic alternatives since they first mentioned it back on Feb. 10 which makes it 8 weeks now of them looking at "stuff". It makes me wonder if they have known of IDC's real fate for quite some time now and that little Feb. PR was just a ruse to get volume up so the employee's could unload the shares they have been taking in lieu of pay. It makes me think back to that share dumping we had just a month earlier. Remember, there were at least 10 orders for a market sell first thing in the morning. I still say that something happened back then and all this is tied together.

Oh well, in the worst case you will have news in 3 weeks called the annual report. I think that is the time limit for the proverbial fork to be stuck in this.

RE:ANYBODY

Well I guess I qualify as an anybody so I will give you my observation and thoughts. First off, I do not "know" anything so take it for what it is worth as an opinion.

When I seen the Bid being taken out I checked to see if it was one seller that just might have had enough and threw a market sell in. That is not the case. This is quite a few sells coming in from different brokers all at the same time, which quite frankly smells of a group knowing something.

What possible group could be in a situation to know something all at the same time but none of them are big holders? Simple answer is the employees that have been taking shares in place of part of their pay. What triggered them? Well if you have ever worked in any type of industry you know how the information spreads. If news was given in the boardroom on the QT, then it trickles to few good inside friends to blow the dust off their resume and get looking, and in turn that gets whispered to a few of their friends and before you know it half the staff knows something is coming down the tubes but nothing is official at that point in time.

I hope I am wrong, but having seen this sort of thing more times than I can count, it tells me that there is a pretty fair chance I am right.

We shall see.

RE:RE:RE:RE:ANYBODY

It is not about the money.

One person can sell 700,000 shares for no more reason that that is what they decided to do, but 10 people selling 700,000 shares all at the same time sort of indicates a common motivation.
