Carlos66 You said that "Ventas is a big big company in the same business as PHM" That is incorrect. I went to their website where they say on their home page that they are a holder of realestate with seniors residences. That makes them a REIT. PHM is not a REIT. It does not generate revenue by earning money on realestate. PHM is a service provider for the medical monitoring of at home patients. I am certain that you did not intend to mislead Fish On!!
