RE:Heres were I get it...I was only questioning ECA making a bid for COS, it will never happen.  IMO and SU are completely plausible but only for the right price which I re-interate to be 15-20 range, not 20-30 range, never happen.

but when I read ECA taking over COS I just had to laugh because if you know ECA at all, you would know it's not possible from a balance sheet and technical standpoint.

all of the oil sands knowledge that ECA had has already been spun-off into Cenovus which has far lower operating costs than COS and also has 2 refineries that refine their bitumen and oil.

plus they have a ton of NG proeprties to supply their sadg operations and also sell into the market and when NG prices go up, they will make a ton of money with that as well.

but all of these oil stocks are getting a little ahead of themselves, so be careful chasing COS or any other oil company.

q1 will put things into perspective real quick and that will start soon enough.
