Blue, The PR you quoted says "With this announcement, Canexus now has approximately 5.5 unit trains per week under contract". What part of the word "now" would indicate it needs clarification and we should do our own due diligence? As a public company, Canexus is responsible for providing full, plain and true disclosure to shareholders. This PR is (deliberately) misleading. Like stating in December that the facility was "meeting expectations" leading the public to believe that they were loading 4.5 trains a week when, in fact, they were loading 2.5 trains a week, which clearly does NOT meet the implied expectations. What part of the requirement for full, plain and true disclosure is ambiguous and requires us all to do more due diligence? RH
