From 1994 until 2006 Mr. Mann worked as an Exploration Manager and later Managing Director of Cogema Australia Pty Ltd/AREVA, focused on exploration and mining for gold and uranium. At Cogema/AREVA, Mr. Mann is credited with the discovery, development, and initiation of mining on the White Foil and Frogs Leg gold deposits. Mr. Mann was also managing director of Perth, WA-based Avocet Resources Limited, focused on gold, uranium, and iron ore exploration in Australia and Argentina from 2006 until its merger with Lion One in June 2013.
