Just a question - Chief, Bob - are you expecting CCB to pay any legal expenses you might incur should any action be launched along the lines you keep promoting? Or are you planning to fork out $thousands or $tens of thousands on your own lawyers.
It is amazing - I only check in every few days and every time I find you and Bob are still keeping this up. In one sense, it makes for an entertaining soap opera, but were I a CCB investor, I would not be impressed that you are goading the management into pursuing this.
After all, almost on one would know anything about had you two not posted constantly and loudly about it on two bull boards and broadcast all sorts of claims and analysis of what you think the complaint is all about. I am sure SGS and RPA are delighted you have dragged them into your personal vendetta - NOT.
It is sort of thing most companies would want to avoid as there are rarely any true winners in such cases - especially when it is based on he-said/he said arguments and when actually damages might be hard to establish. Everyone pays a price, even the innocent.
