La Cumbre is located within the Company's 100% owned Batero-Quinchia Gold Project. The Batero-Quinchia Gold Project encompasses multiple porphyry gold target centers. The Batero-Quinchia Project is located within the Municipality of Quinchia, Department of Risaralda, Republic of Colombia, approximately 55 kilometers (km) to the north of the regional capital, Pereira. The property consists of approximately 1,407 hectares (ha) tenement. Its new exploration drilling discovery at Matecana, located approximately 800 meters southeast of La Cumbre porphyry.

New CFO

Hmmm. ...They just announced new CFO. I will tell what I think. They are going to be bought by a producer or a larger comapany. Although it's low grade asset there is a lot in the ground and once the price of gold peek up, this might be a great company. And they have lot's of cash. I guess that they are going to get 20 cents per share.
Not sure but I think it's a good guess.
