My initial reaction was to just call you a dope and put you on ignore; however, after resting I will respond in kind. First of all, you are a pollyanna... No investor should ever just look at just the pros of a company. You do a disservice to yourself and others that read the msg board. There are few here I feel that are more positive on the company than me. I choose to point out the other side becasue I feel these issues must be addressed. I have the highest regard for management and also have the highest Revenue estimate for the year. Just the day before you wrote that you were sure they would beat the Rev forcast. You were wrong and everyone is aware. I know how to read a balance sheet also. Thank you for the science lesson on blood work.
I’m not just looking at the pros, I’m just saying the pros highly outweigh the cons. There are risks in every business, but many so less in Kelso and that’s why I like the business. The issue of management compensation will need be addressed in the future for sure, and it’s obvious that management is aware of it. I meant to say that it’s something we should completely fixated on yet. By 2016, it will be need to be addressed IMO. You can view it your own way.
I am perhaps overly optimist, and I have no problem with being wrong. If you’re never wrong, you will never learn after all. My forecast wasn’t too far off either way.

Lastly, you don't need to repost what I or anyone else posted and then respond with underlines and condecending remarks. It just makes you look like a tool, imho.
Agreed on the surging inventory can both ways. Cash isn’t an issue for the company so even if they sit on the inventory for a while, there’s no harm to the company. I think quite frankly that with management’s experience, they know how to manage inventory properly and assess the probability of getting orders, hence they order inventory accordingly. They’ve definitely have gotten tentative purchase orders or commitments while waiting for the regs to be finalized.
Didn’t intend to sound condescending at all. However, you’re post did lead me – and I’m sure I’m not the only one – to believe that you didn’t know how to make adjustments. You said: “the net income of 329,000 pales in comparison to the 540,000 handed out like candy to the big wigs doing all the work”. That’s obviously an incorrect statement. The $540k share-based comp isn’t even a cash expense and neither is the $430 unrealized forex loss, so the real net income for this quarter was $1.6M.

I still have most of my shares and plan to make more money on the stock.... but the reality is, you will not see a 12 fold increase in the share price from here. I am confident will see a 3-5 fold increase from here... but thats it. And thats ONLY if issues are fixed. Not your money or mine or anybode else on this board can move the stock to 15. WE NEED INSTITUTIONAL investors to do that. It will not run up unless they want in. And right now they don't want in, yes some small purchases have been made but what did that do, nothing, they are mostly down on their investment. You need big money coming in. They have looked but not leaped.. and you have to ask yourself WHY? I have decided to no longer post here. Many of the early investors still read the board but post rarely, why becasue its filled with pollyannas. We made our 15 times money and will watch it go up in the coming years. But it will not go up unless the cons are addressed. I wish you all good fortune and will continue to read, Thank you again for the blood test tips Sporty, I guess I won't have that 6th donut before my next Lab visit.
Good job on making 12-15 your initial investment (not sarcastic). I’ve been a shareholder since $1.05 so I’ve made ~5x my initial investment. I wasn’t expecting a 12 fold increase in stock price from here, when did I ever say that? I, like you, think 3-5 fold increase is realistic. Regarding institutional ownership, we already have some (about ~10% of the shares right now). Obviously if more institutions come in, it will raise the stock price, but fundamentally it’s the earnings of a company that drive the business. The stock price can still be driven up without institutional interest. Remember, there’s two sides to everything: a large institution could also kill the stock price if they decide to exit their position in a hurry.
