The news release states that the 11.2 million shares would be priced at the closing price of XAU on May 31. Just like the Securities Commission I am sure that it was just a coincidence that the share price took a big dip yesterday. Hope the ones responsible get a hefty fine and are not allowed to trade for at least a year.
