the 1.5 billion of assets are OPM. are these Bullion Dealers run like a bank where if there is a default the Bank owns your money. Most dont realize this biut you dont own the money in your bank account. My point is they are holding 1.5 billion worth of other poeples PM, to put that as an asset would imply they own the bullion in an event of a default
