No good news go unpunished

I bought TLO in 16 cents two days ago, and when the news came today I was sure that it's going to appreciate by at least 25%. But, No good news go unpunished this days. I am sure that one day people will not believe that they could buy it that low. All the fundumentals are right and I see no risk at this valuation. The only issue now is the economics of this project, and I have to admit that I had no time to dig into the details.
