MOC trading

MOC tradingany savy invester here know why the closing trades all have a MOC (market on close). Seems all the broakerage house did this. I tried reading up on this but I am sure it is writen in a foreeign language.
First time I actually seen this trade. I heard about it a few years back but never made sense of it.
