Through its subsidiary Generacion Andina SAC, it owns 8 de Agosto, a Run of River hydroelectric operation.

RE:RE:Marc, Here's a rough draftDon't think anyone will really sue Ram .. but it sure looks like Ram is manipulating the output of SJE.
For 30 days post shutdown... we were a solid 61MW gross. Now.. we are 58MW or so daily. But if you look at hourly.. seems like in mid day they open up something and bring us up to 60MW or so.

Sure they can say.. we are just letting a well still heat up or ??? but am really surprised that output has dropped.. just before we all got screwed by poor management.
