They bought an asset for $50m in October 2014 and sell everything including debt for $20m. This might go down as one of the biggest scams ever....days like this make me want to never invest in the market. We could of got close to $1 per share had they sold the assets and paid us out the cash last year. F_me
Got to love this line...trying to make it look like they fought hard to get the best deal. What company would agree to a deal at the price of there options?
All of Platino's outstanding stock options have an exercise price of equal to C$0.25 per share and are accordingly "out-of-the-money" under the terms of the Transaction. As a result, the holders of the outstanding stock options have agreed to the termination of all such "out-of-the-money" options for nominal consideration.
I only own 20,000 share at average of 19c but i was expecting way more profit.
