Exactly. And yet Sebag hasn't turned over a single share. This kid is out to make a billion $'s. This is what separates XAU from every other stock on the Venture - Management here isn't out to rip off the shareholders by diluting and diluting to keep their crummy salaries coming in; they genuinely intend to build a monster company based on an idea whose time has come.
