Sorry but you are wrong on this point, Almonty cannot be the one that determines the value of Woulfe if the are on the board, it will have to be done by a independent third party.

Since they bought out part of Dundee's share at 0.056 why would you think we would get less then that, maybe 0.05 but certainly not less.

Don't forget that the board of Woulfe had rejected a 0.08 bid earlier on, so the thinking was it is worth more or the exchange rate for Almonty shares was not good enought.
