Get real and do some research.. Almonty could have 100% control of the board but that does not matter.. Depends on how many shares they own and control if they want to go after rest of the company.. And there are rules to govern that..

And in the mean time, what do you think other majority share holders will do if they try to pull a fast one ? Retail share holders may be at the mercy of all this but not the big guys who are also owners..

You are talking as if where Woulfe eventually ends up is only between Almonty and Dundee..
