Long thesis is intact

Long thesis is intactSome insiders want to sell their share of Crius LLC (12,1% - not on the market).

KWH.UN jumps on this opportunity and offers them 30,6M$ for it. Banks are willing to provide the liquidity, in exchange for 4,5M shares.

In the end, KWH.UN gets a 45% increase in it's control of the company (26,8% to 38,9%), but the share float of KWH.UN is now 45% higher.

While slightly dilutive, this event shows that banks are willing to support KWH.UN and that they will assist in the expansion of the company. I doubt that any of them will change their ratings tomorrow.

Thus, this should have no long term effects on the company if they can continue to execute well.
