If this is the case why the smokescreen that everything is peachy, If Management is so bad why are they not getting fired and shurley one should not be rewarded with a bonus when they are not preforming. Is this a case like our Government of too many hands in the cookie jar? 
Well the stock is up today so far so no one seems to be paying att to the issues of managment. 
Maybe we will soar to 2$$ soon
