RE:Yesterdays MeetingNEWS RELEASE Special Meeting Passes Strieborná Transaction Board of Directors and Management Changes Vancouver, B.C., June 10, 2015 – Global Minerals Ltd. (TSX V: CTG; Frankfurt: DFPM - "Global" or the "Company") announces the disposition of the Strieborná Project in Slovakia, as announced on April 17, 2015 and described in the subsequently distributed information circular, was duly passed by shareholders at a special meeting held on June 9, 2015. Also passed at the special meeting was a resolution to consolidate the Company’s issued and outstanding shares on a fifteen (15) to one (1) basis on a date to be determined by the Board of Directors. Global also announces changes to its Board of Directors and management. Ron Little, Larry Childress, William Pincus and Scott Brundson have all resigned from the Company’s Board. Tim McCutcheon has resigned as CEO and Director. The Company has appointed Jeffery Lightfoot and Colin Watt as Directors and David Patterson and CEO and Director.
