I'd rather be accurate than professional (I didn't know I was being graded on the latter).

You asked for specific examples where I think the analysis is flawed.  I gave you
EBIDTA, synergies, multiples and Cash flow. 

I think it's worth $180M, not $100M less than the $280M quoted and provide a firm case.

I also added some colour commentary on the accuracy of his other "statements", many of which are as flawed as his analysis.....and these are facts.

Am I angry about CUS?  Not at all.  Never owned a penny.  I'm trying to save you shmucks your money (not mine).  I said I'd buy this under $1....maybe $1.10. 

As with 75% of what I see on Seeking Alpha, the analysis was garbage, which is no different than what you've seen from analysts on this company.

Not long ago, when CUS was at $2 to $3, all the analyst maintained their $4-$5 price targets on this beast.....even at $50 oil and terrible WTI/WSC spreads.  Those guys have been chasing down the price on this since $9!  I told you it was worth $1.50 to $2 and that was before I any public information on how bad NATO was....which dropped the value....as has the paltry asset sale price.  And now you're saying they're right?  Hey, man, have at her. It's a free world.
