RE:Bought Deal Financing

Are you referring to the bought deal PP, CLOSE as:
a) funds have been received from investors of PP to broker houses or
b) Approval of PP from Stock Exchange
If it closes on June 16th, that would be end of business day so we may not
know til l the 17th.

A similar PP occurred with another company, they announced bought deal
and one week later announced PP closed with no mention of approval from
stock exchange which usually takes 10 days to 2 weeks.
