POLITICAL RISK IS EXTREME IN KENYA WHERE INVESTMENT MONEY CAN GO MISSING IN AN INSTANT . CORTEC HAS CLOSE POLITICAL CONNECTIONS THAT ARE NOT IN THE BEST INTERESTS OF PAW .  INFLATE THE VALUE , COMPROMISE A SETTLEMENT AFTER WHICH THE CORTEC OFFICIALS CUT AND RUN . PAW IS LEFT WITH VERY LITTLE TO SHARE WITH ANYONE .
